Yes. A 20-minute fit conversation helps us understand the problem and decide on a next step. Detailed process mapping, architecture, and implementation planning belong in a paid assessment.
Do I need to already use Microsoft?
No, but the tools you already use matter. We first check whether Dynamics 365 or Power Platform makes sense for the problem, budget, and people involved.
Can you work with our current IT provider?
Yes. We can agree a defined work package with your IT team or service provider and clarify responsibilities before starting.
Can you improve an existing app or CRM?
Yes. A focused review can identify useful improvements to existing workflows, integrations, performance, or governance before committing to a larger change.
