About TuneX365

Your architect.
Your main contact.

TuneX365 is led by Kostya Afendikov, a solution architect and senior engineer based in Rockaway, New Jersey.

Experience that
stays involved.

I bring more than 15 years of experience across Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. My work has included customer-service applications, internal workflows, portals, and integrations across enterprise environments.

With TuneX365, I bring that experience to growing businesses through focused assessments, implementations, and ongoing improvements.

I lead discovery and architecture and remain your primary contact. When a project calls for additional skills or capacity, I can bring in specialist subcontractors with responsibilities agreed in advance.

Why TuneX365?

The X is what
needs attention.

It might be your CRM, an approval workflow, an integration, or the way your platform is governed. The name reflects an approach: understand what is there, find what needs to work better, and make a practical improvement.

Based in Rockaway, I work with organizations across the United States. Project meetings, delivery availability, and any on-site work are agreed during scoping.
